What is YOUR "Spiritual Operating System"?

Let us consider the Biblical account of Adam and Eve. They were created physically perfect. They had no knowledge of evil, and therefore could not commit evil (sin). However, the intent of God was that they would become what He is, Spirit Beings, after His own image, and so, God confronted Adam and Eve with the choice of a "Spiritual Operating System." They had to choose, for free will is an important and necessary part of being in the image and likeness of God.
The choice given was between a Spiritual Operating System called "Tree of Life" or a Spiritual Operating System called "Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil." God's recommendation was that they would choose the "Tree of Life" (God's Holy Spirit) as their Spiritual Operating System.
However, as we know, the salesman, the serpent was more subtle than any wild creature that the LORD God had made, and he was able to talk Adam and Eve into buying the Spiritual Operating System called “Knowledge of Good and Evil.” To be sure, there is nothing inherently wrong with having the knowledge of good and evil, after all, God has the knowledge of good and evil; however, God also has the perfect character never to commit evil. The problem with Adam and Eve was that they (now) had the knowledge of good and evil, without godly character, without the spirit - the power of God, so that evil – sin was the immediate consequence. Since then, they and all of their progeny, down to you and me today, have been, and are functioning, to one degree or another, under the Spiritual Operating System called “Knowledge of Good and Evil” (syncretism).
This is where Jesus Christ, the Savior comes into the picture. The Messiah is God's answer to correct the wrong decision of Adam and Eve, and give man-kind an opportunity to reject the wrong Spiritual Operating System, and add (the wrong one can not be removed) the Spiritual Operating System called "Tree of Life" or "Holy Spirit." The problem is that man-kind has become so used to the old operating system, also known as tradition, that he sees no need to change and add the new operating system. In addition, man-kind has been deceived, and is not familiar with the specifications of these two operating systems, and therefore believe that they have solved the problem of evil - sin, when in reality they have not.
Please consider the specification comparison below of the old vs. the new Spiritual Operating Systems (short list). God's recommendation is still the same, CHOOSE (from within, not through external coercion) the Tree of Life as your Spiritual Operating System, for the Holy Spirit (Godly character) is absolutely necessary to overcome the temptations that come with having the knowledge of good and evil. It is the only way never to commit evil or sin again.
What then is YOUR Spiritual Operating System? Is it the "Tree of Life," or the "Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil," or, is it a "mixture of the two"? Only YOU know, and only YOU, as an individual, can make the necessary corrections.
